Why has BELLAMI paused international shipments?


BELLAMI has temporarily paused shipments outside the US to mitigate the impact of US tariffs on our international customers. This pause is expected to last approximately two weeks while we implement solutions to protect our international network. 

When will international shipments resume?


We anticipate resuming international shipments at the beginning of May. We will keep you updated with more details and a confirmed date as we move forward. 

What steps are being taken to manage tariffs?


We are expanding our warehouse facilities outside the USA. We will utilize our UK hub for warehouse and fulfillment space, allowing shipments from China to go directly to the UK, thus mitigating the tariff impact on international orders. We expect international shipments to resume at the beginning of May.
